Deans’ office hours for FIFSW students

FIFSW students are welcome to meet with Dean Charmaine Williams during the following office hours:

November 4th, 1 PM to 1:30 PM
November 5th, 4:30 PM to 5 PM
November 18th, 1 PM to 1:30 PM
November 19th, 4:30 PM to 5 PM
November 25th, 1 PM to 1:30 PM
November 26th, 4:30 PM to 5 PM
December 2nd, 1 PM to 1:30 PM
December 3rd, 4:30 PM to 5 PM

Location: Dean’s Office

Note that the office hours listed above may be subject to change.

Please check in with Mariana Ostasche, EA to the Dean, upon your arrival. (Mariana’s office is just outside the Dean’s office.) Note that the length of your meeting may be adjusted to accommodate other students who might wish to meet with the Dean during the same window of time. If a lengthier discussion or a follow-up meeting will be needed, please inquire about booking an appointment with Mariana.

Associate Dean, Academic Eunjung Lee

FIFSW students are welcome to meet with Associate Dean, Academic Eunjung Lee during the following office hours.

November 11th, 12:15 PM to 1:15 PM
November 12th, 12:15 PM to 1:15 PM
December 2nd, 12:15 PM to 1:15 PM
December 3rd, 12:15 PM to 1:15 PM

Location: Room 449

Please check in with Nicole Stockdale, Administrative Assistant to the Associate Dean, Academic (ADA) upon your arrival. (Nicole’s office is just outside the ADA’s office.)
