FIFSW Concern, Complaint, Disclosure or Report Guidelines
FIFSW Concern, Complaint, Disclosure or Report Guideline
At FIFSW, we are dedicated to creating a safe and welcoming place for all. Incivility, harassment, and discrimination in any form are unacceptable and unwelcome at the University of Toronto.
If you are experiencing incivility, harassment, or discrimination of any kind, please report it. Knowing what is happening is a step towards preventing it for others.
This Guideline is based on Student Complaint Processes in the Office of the Vice-Provost. If you believe an act of discrimination has taken place, visit Complaints about Prohibited Discrimination
The University has a separate disclosure or report policy on sexual violence and harassment through the Sexual Violence Prevention and Support Centre.
When all avenues at the university are exhausted, you may contact the Office of Ombudsman at U of T.
