| November 30 | Payment deadline to avoid service charges on unpaid Winter (January to April) session fees for students WITHOUT approved deferral based on: -OSAP (or other government loans); OR -a full funding package (PhD students); OR -a major award/scholarship; OR -tuition waiver; OR -sponsorships |
| December 5 | Last day of Fall session classes |
| December 15 | Services charges on outstanding Winter balance begin for students without approved deferral |
| December 20 | Payment deadline for all tuition fees billed for the 2024 tax year (Winter 2024, Summer 2024, and Fall 2024) for students who want eligible 2023 tuition fee payments to be reported on the 2024 calendar T2202 tax certificate |

| January 24 | Final date for all students to request that their degrees be conferred in absentia in March |
| January 24 | Students dually registered in the Fall session must be recommended for the master’s degree by this date to maintain their PhD registration |
| January 20 | Final date to add Winter session courses |
| January 31 | Payment deadline to avoid service charges on unpaid Winter (January to April) session tuition and non-tuition fees for students: – registered in the Winter session only (no previous Fall registration) – students with OSAP (or other government loans) |

Monthly service charges will begin accruing on June 15 |
