Description of the practicum site and student activities:
Stella’s Place provides free mental health services for young adults ages 16 to 29. We have a holistic menu of programs, including peer support, clinical services, service navigation, wellness, art, and mental health recovery programs.

MSW students will be supporting individual counseling programs such as Drop-In Counseling, Intake Assessments, BeanBag Chat, and Individual Counseling. We will be providing some training; however, previous experience is required.
Practicum does not require previous experience for BSW students.
