Dr. Ying Wang is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at FIFSW/University of Toronto whose work focuses on mental and sexual health among marginalized populations. She works closely with community partners in Canada’s Northwest Territories and with refugee youth in Uganda to examine how social-ecological inequalities, climate-related stressors, and structural vulnerability shape youth wellbeing. Her research interests include global health, climate change, and systemic resilience, with an emphasis on equity-oriented and community-based approaches.
