Frank Sirotich

Assistant Professor (Status Only)

Dr. Frank Sirotich is the Director of Data Analytics, Research and Evaluation at the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA), Toronto Branch and a sessional instructor at the Faculty.  Frank has over 20 years of experience working in the community mental health and addictions sector in a clinical, administrative and research capacity. He has led the development of a peer program evaluation initiative at CMHA in which people living with a mental health or addiction challenge are trained to undertake evaluations of community mental health programs. His research has focused on identifying factors that influence service utilization and affect health outcomes for equity seeking populations that have a serious mental illness. He is currently leading a provincial study focused on developing and piloting quality indicators for community mental health services using the Ontario Common Assessment of Need, a standardized, consumer-led assessment tool extensively used in the community mental health sector.
