Professor Peter Newman explains why a “one size fits all” approach to the pandemic further marginalizes those who are LGBTQ2SIA+

The public health response to the global pandemic has called on people to change their lives considerably, but with unequal effects. For people who are LGBTQ2SIA+, how has this response affected them?

Professor Peter Newman spoke to Samantha Yammine – a University of Toronto alumna, neuroscientist and science communicator better known as Science Sam on social media  – about how our “one size fits all” approach to the pandemic has further marginalized those who are LGBTQ2SIA+.
