Community Legal Education Ontario (CLEO) produces legal information for the public. In January they launched a groundbreaking website called Steps to Justice (www.stepstojustice.ca). Steps to Justice is a collaboration of Ontario’s leading justice sector organizations. Steps to Justice gives reliable, step-by-step information on common legal problems in family, housing, employment and other areas of law. You can learn more about the project from the video here: https://vimeo.com/199691386.
Steps to Justice is designed to be used by front-line workers with their clients. This tool is undoubtedly valuable to social workers.
CLEO will be attending the University of Toronto on March 21st to present on:
- The Steps to Justice project as a whole
- Give a tour of the site
- Use the site to respond to case scenarios
