Sheila Neuburger is Executive Vice-President, Clinical Services at Ontario Shores Centre for Mental Health Sciences (Ontario Shores) and provides clinical operations leadership for inpatient and outpatient programs and services for the hospital.

Ms. Neuburger is a surveyor with Accreditation Canada. In addition, she is an Adjunct Lecturer, Factor-Inwentash Faculty of Social Work at the University of Toronto.

Ms. Neuburger’s extensive experience in the healthcare industry includes both acute care and specialty hospitals. Prior to her role at Ontario Shores, she was Patient Care Director, Medicine at the Scarborough Hospital and was also a Board Member for the Scarborough Community Care Access Centre.

Ms. Neuburger currently serves as a Board Member at Mackenzie Health. She has a Master of Social Work and a Bachelor of Arts, both from the University of Toronto, and has additional education in healthcare management.
