Caritas serves and supports men and women aged 16 years or older, who struggle with addiction and/or mental illness, in safe residential settings as well as in a day program community.
My Second Home (MSH) is an outpatient mental health drop-in day program that supports individuals who are 18 years of age or older. MSH welcomes individuals with mental health concerns into a safe and non-judgmental social environment filled with therapeutic tools to support each individual in their journey. The speaker will expand on the program to provide insight in understanding effective mental health service offered through Caritas and on where we as health care providers might intervene to make a greater impact on the well being of society.
