Join Jenn Shields, MSW, RSW, and University of Toronto alumna, for an engaging 1.5-hour virtual workshop exploring the often-overlooked forms of trauma, including emotional neglect, unmet relational needs, and the trauma of omission. This session will delve into how unmet needs during critical periods of childhood and adolescence can shape self-esteem, relationships, and overall mental health in adulthood.
