November 30, 2020 @ 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm
Join Jennifer Shields for a 1.5-hour workshop where she’ll share practical body-based tools to work with dysregulation of the nervous system. This workshop is open to all University of Toronto Alumni and members of the public who are interested in the relationship between the brain, mind, body, and behavior, and who wish to learn the practical applications of body awareness to boost wellbeing.
Participants will have the opportunity to discuss, ask questions, and engage in several practices to enhance learning. The workshop will end with a gentle chair yoga practice (no previous experience or equipment required, comfortable clothing encouraged).
