Please join us for our next Alumni Association meeting of 2019-20, where we will be joined by special guest Emma Turner, Manager at Etobicoke Children’s Centre, what’s up walk-in clinic, who will discuss solution-focused and brief narrative practices in the context of a youth walk-in program.
Speaker Bio
Emma Turner is the Manager at the Etobicoke Children’s Centre, what’s up walk-in clinic. Emma graduated from the Couple and Family Therapy program at the University of Guelph. She has an M.Sc. and is a Registered Psychotherapist and a Registered Marriage & Family Therapist. Her role is to support the what’s up walk-in network made up of 6 agencies across the City of Toronto offering this service.
Evening Details
The evening will begin at 6:00pm with a meeting of the Alumni Association (all alumni are welcome). At 6:30pm Emma Turner will discuss Solution-Focused and Brief Narrative Practices in the Context of a Youth Walk-in Program.
All alumni of the Factor-Inwentash Faculty of Social Work are welcome to attend.
