Matt Eldridge Counselling:
This is an independent private practice. My approach to psychotherapy is about providing a safe and supportive environment, for processing experiences and learning coping skills. I utilize evidence-based approaches including Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, EMDR, Mindfulness, Emotion-Focused Couples’ Therapy, and Internal Family Systems. Students will have their own caseload of clients. They will have the opportunity to work on building therapeutic relationships skills, and learn skills from various modalities of therapy.
The student would spend approximately 50% of their time in each practicum setting and be co-supervised by Matt and Stephanie
