Biography: 

Zerihun Admassu is a public health expert and quantitative data analyst, holds a PhD (2021) from the University of South Africa. He has worked with several international non-profit organizations in Ethiopia such as the Global Fund, KNCV Tuberculosis Foundation, Management Sciences in Health (MSH) and USAID in various management and advisory roles on TB/HIV eradication interventions for more than 10 years. Currently, he is doing his postdoctoral fellowship working under the supervision of Dr. Carmen Logie at the University of Toronto, focusing on quantitative research mainly on HIV, refugee health, and women’s sexual and reproductive health. Zerihun’s research interests include determinants and inequities in health for racialized Canadians.
