Prof. Lynn McDonald named a Fellow of the Royal Society of Canada

Lynn McDonald is a Canadian pioneer in gerontology who has led the national dialogue on aging for over thirty years. Her research focuses on applying academic knowledge to policy and practice in order to improve the care, treatment and quality of life of older adults. She is a leading policy expert on retirement, marginalized populations, and is considered one of the world’s leading authorities in elder abuse and mistreatment.
