ISFY-Intensive Family Services at Sick Kids CCMH

Description of the practicum site and student activities:
Student will carry a case load of youth from the ISFY program and work with youth and family members by providing individual and family therapy as well as service coordination. Student will write documentation, complete assessments, conduct intakes and work collaboratively with ISFY interdisciplinary team. Attending staff meetings and supervision with practicum supervisor. Recommended days to attend Wednesday -Friday. Hours of work are 9-5 or 10-6 approximately.

- Fast paced environment. Movement required between 3 different buildings to engage with clients and their families. One building has lots of stairs. Desk work to complete documentation and sitting with service users in sessions.
