Keri West, MSW, RSW, is a PhD candidate at the Factor-Inwentash Faculty of Social Work. Her doctoral research explores the structural relationship between childhood adversity and inflammatory diseases in adulthood. Keri’s scholarly interests related to teaching include neurodiversity and ableism in social work education, embodied knowing, Universal Design for Learning, simulation pedagogy, and cultivating community in the learning space.
