Description of the practicum site and student activities:

This is a hospital-based program that provides short-term intensive services to children, youth, and their families. We provide CBT-informed therapy in individual or group format.

Practicum Requirements:

☒ Immunizations per PHA Guidelines

☒ N95 Respirator/Mask Fitting

☒ Police Reference/Vulnerable Sector Check

☒ Comfort working with the population being served

☒ Comprehensive report writing and documentation

☒ Evening attendance. Note: We offer evening appointments to accommodate the schedules of the youth and their families. Field instructor is on site from 10 am – 6 pm or 9 am – 5 pm.
