Description of the practicum site and student activities:
Trillium Health Partners is seeking resumes from students interested in completing a hospital social work practicum at one of their three sites. If you have a preferred population to work with or location you’d like to work in, please indicate this.
Practicum Requirements:
☒ Immunizations per PHA Guidelines
☒ N95 Respirator/Mask Fitting
☒ Police Reference/Vulnerable Sector Check
☒ Comfort working with the population being served
☒ Comprehensive report writing and documentation
