Sandra McNeil, MSW, RSW is a Doctoral Candidate, Research Assistant, and Course Instructor at the Factor-Inwentash Faculty of Social Work at the University of Toronto. Her research interests include substance use, mental health, stigma and discrimination, rural communities, recovery paradigm, and critical social work research, education, and practice. Sandra is Registered Social Worker and mental health therapist in a clinical setting. She is an Ontario Graduate Scholar and the recipient of a Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council (SSHRC) Doctoral Fellowship. https://orcid.org/0000-0002-3766-6709
