Aaron Turpin

Aaron Turpin continues to pursue a keen interest in social entrepreneurship, social service organizations, and the social economy in his research and practice. His dissertation works toward measuring factors and characteristics within organizations that support entrepreneurship and innovation, or ‘social entrepreneurial orientation’. Through his work, Aaron has published in various social work and related academic journals, and is a recipient of the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada (SSHRC) Doctoral Award, the Ontario Graduate Scholarship, and other awards. His over five years of front line and consulting experience continue to inform ongoing contributions to the field.
