DESCRIPTION:Embark on a transformative journey of social change with FIFSW’s Social Justice & Diversity Field of Study’s event: “Synergy for Social Justice: Linking Policy and Practice.” This forum\, set for Monday\, March 25th\, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm (EST)\, offers a unique opportunity for students\, faculty\, staff\, and community members to delve into and strengthen the connections between social work\, policy advocacy\, and real-world applications. Through a blend of presentations\, interactive discussions\, and engaging activities\, we will collaboratively explore policies and practices impacting communities and individuals\, fostering personal growth and learning. \n\nWe value your unique perspectives and experiences. Please bring your questions and insights to the table. Engage in conversations about the pressing social issues\, spanning from inclusivity and justice to sovereignty and security.
