DESCRIPTION:Nowruz is the Iranian New Year (also known as the Persian New Year) which begins on the spring equinox\, marking the first day of Farvardin\, the first month of the Iranian solar calendar. DESCRIPTION:The Institutional Equity Office and the Anti-Racism & Cultural Diversity Office (ARCDO) in collaboration with Rotman’s Equity\, Diversity & Inclusion Office invites U of T faculty\, staff\, students and the external community to register for the International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination (IDERD) event for a day of dialogue and community gathering to re-engage our collective spirit of responsibility\, care and action planning towards our commitments to equitable and inclusive spaces for all. \nFaith\, Hope and Dialogue: Strengthening Anti-Racism Tools and Strategies for the Path Ahead \nDeepening our anti-racism toolkits require self-reflection\, dialogue and a recommitment to the principles and actions that serve to break down barriers and enhance environments that communicate we all belong.
