DESCRIPTION:Plan to attend a talk facilitated by Lina Gagliardi\, MSW\, RSW \nTuesday\, November 15\, 2016\nNoon-1:15pm\nRoom 720 \n  \nObjectives:  \n\nTo learn about Advance Care Planning (ACP)\nTo review the Sunnybrook SW strategy in ACP\nTo highlight SWs as leaders in this practice\n\n  \nLina Gagliardi is the Professional Leader for Social Work at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre. Lina has held a clinical position for over 18 years and transitioned to the leadership position in 2013. Lina received her Masters of Social Work at the FIFSW U of T in 2000 and contributes to ongoing academic education by offering Field Placements and providing sessional lectures on Interprofessional Collaboration. \nLina is committed to advance Social Work scope of practice through an appreciative inquiry lens and to advocate for the role of Social Work within the Health Care Sector. Lina’s passion is the delivery of compassionate\, informed care delivery for patients\, their families and health care providers at every point of care. \n  \nRSVPs not required.
