Prof. Shelley L. Craig co-authors the new CSWE Position Statement on Conversion/Reparative Therapy

Shelley L. Craig, FIFSW Associate Dean, Academic co-authored the new Council of Social Work Education (CSWE) Position Statement on Conversion/Reparative Therapy with her Council on Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity and Expression (CSOGIE) co-chair Dr. Edward J Alessi (Rutgers University). This statement is the first official position statement by CSWE and is accompanied by a curriculum resource document, “How to Talk About Sexual Orientation Change Efforts in Social Work Education,” and a bibliography.
